I love writing Chick Lit/ Romance. I recently re-edited and reapplied the lipstick of my Chic Lit Serial, Deja Vu of Love. The series starts off with Deja Vu Packing for the Journey the first book of the story in the Deja Vu Series. As a writer, I am partial to using a third person multiple POV style of writing. Although not well known it is frequently used in Romance and other genres where multiple points of views add to the depth and value of the story line and character interactions.
I prefer moving the story along through the use of dialogue versus narrative. I think it's because I can give a distinct voice to all my characters. As a writer, I believe that dialogue helps define the characters as breathing, warm blooded people. I write about real women with flaws who are strong and confident and ready to live life. Women like all of us who don’t always have dinner ready on the table. The one who acts inappropriately at PTA meetings once in a blue moon you know the girl I’m talking about, it’s you.
I enjoy watching my characters grow and change as the story of their lives unfolds. I try not to be a control freak and let the characters write the story after all, it’s their life.
So if you’re a reader who likes to hear the voice of your characters and share their POV I’m your next favorite writer LOL
Just a little something about me I’m a retired Actress, Director, Choreographer, who discovered her real passion in life, was writing. I have two sons Zachary and Garette I also have two doggie kids Hazel and Harry. My free time is spent in the garden enjoying nature, decorating, and writing. I would love to have feedback from readers I think we are always curious about what people think of our work.
So, here is my suggestion get a great glass of red wine, start the bubble bath grab a couple of chocolate covered caramels with sea salt and enjoy a good book. I hope you love and enjoy reading the characters with minimally twice the enjoyment I had writing them to life.
May you enjoy all the bad boys of romance with none of the pain.

Only a Duke Will Do by Tamara Gill Book Blitz and Giveaway!

Only a Duke Will Do
Tamara Gill
(To Marry a Rogue #2)
Published by: Entangled Publishing
Publication date: February 20th 2017
Genres: Adult, Historical, Romance
Without a Season, Lady Isolde Worthingham captured the Duke of Moore’s heart at a country dance. But on the eve of her wedding, a scandal that rocked the ton and sent her fleeing to Scotland alone and unwed, leaves her perfectly planned future in a tangle of disgrace and heartbreak.
Merrick Mountshaw, the Duke of Moore loathes the pitiful existence he hides from the ton. With a scandalous wife he never wanted, who flaunts her many indiscretions, life is a never-ending parade of hell. When the one woman he loved and lost returns to London, he knows he can no longer live without her.
But vows and past hurts are not easily forgotten. Love may not win against the ton when a too proper Lord and Lady play by the rules.
EXCERPT:
“I’m sorry you feel that way, but you cannot stop Isolde from marrying. She will marry one day. It may not be me, but it will be someone. And if the reports around London are correct, she is looking for a husband.”
“Damn you to hell.” Merrick left Wardoor, grabbed a half-filled bottle of whisky from the pavilion, and started toward the Italian Walk. He found a secluded grassy spot within the trees. The sweet-smelling scent floating on the breeze did little to lesson his ire.
Merrick clung to the tree branch above his head and fought not to snap it off, imagining it as Wardoor’s neck. He flung back a good portion of the whisky and welcomed the burn to his throat. How could his closest friend do this to him?
The thought of Isolde welcoming his attentions was like a physical blow.
Damn them. Damn him.
“Moore!”
It had always boded trouble when Isolde called him by his title. He turned, wanting and yet not wanting her here right at this moment. “My lady.”
She came up to him, standing but a few feet from his person, close enough to reach out and touch, to pull close and take what he desperately sought. And wished for.
“What do you think you’re doing, running off Wardoor from courting me?”
“He told you?” Merrick made a note to choke the bastard to death the next time he was in range to do so.
“Yes, he told me. After seeing you two trying to kill each other, in front of everyone, I might add, I asked him what you were about. Demanded to know, in fact.” She placed her hands on her hips, her perfect brow marred with a slight frown. Hell, she was beautiful. More beautiful than when he had met her at Cranleigh. “Now answer the question.”
“He’s my friend.”
She stood staring at him a while, before she slouched, as if gauging his meaning. “Merrick, you keep forgetting you married someone else. You have to let me go, if this is your struggle.”
It was his struggle. A constant gnawing on his soul that would never leave. “What if I do not want to?”

Because of You By: Silvy Wells Book Tour and Giveaway!

Title: Because of You By: Silvy Wells
Publication Date: February 17, 2017
Genre: Romantic Comedy
#becauseofyoutour
Nicole Wellston realized that falling in love would bring her just pain. She was working in the biggest publishing company in New York and didn’t want anything but her job. With head into the books, she enjoyed in fictional characters more than the real ones. Nicole had nothing to lose she already lost everything except her job.She worked hard and did her best to hide her loneliness, assuring her four supportive friends even herself that everything was perfect in her life. They knew that she needed love in her life or she would "kill" herself working, and they arranged her blind dates. According to Nicole, men who were chosen by her friends were a complete disaster. Nicole wanted to enjoy in the perfection of fictional characters instead of going on dates with those men. One night Nicole went out with her friends and met Sebastian, a good looking psychoanalyst. His athletic body and dark green eyes would make her believe that everything was possible. No matter how hard Nicole tried to find him a flaw, she could not, he was perfect. After one beautiful and romantic weekend in Aspen Nicole and Sebastian were back in New York, happier and engaged, but Nicole read the article that one magazine published about her exposing her previous life with a shameful secret which wasn't true and ran. Did Sebastian love her enough to find her and bring her back?
I forgot that Sebastian was there, and I was wearing just a bathrobe. He came close to me and took me in a hug to warm me than he said: “You are shaking go and wear something before you get cold. I am in the shower if you need me just whistle.”
“Oh, you are too funny” when he went I slapped him on his butt and then I realized that he wasn’t Jess or one of my girlfriends and I got red as a lobster.
“I will forgive you for this because you are shaking, but tomorrow is a pay day, watch yourself. “ He kissed me on my lips and went to the bathroom.
Oh, my Goodness! He was too sweet. I couldn’t think of anything else except him. I was rushing to put on my clothes before Sebastian came out of the bathroom. I was freezing, wearing my pajamas and one warm sweater then I took one more blanket, and I covered myself with it and covered with the under blanket. That was it; I felt warmer at that moment. I got my phone and texted Jess, she replied very quickly, but she said that she wouldn’t interrupt something. Then I called Robert my big brother to tell him that I arrived in Aspen, I saw them on Viber and saw my sweet little niece, Bisera.
My new winter book caught my eye, and I took it. When Sebastian went out of the bathroom wearing just boxer shorts, I was pretending that I didn’t see him, but I was blushing, and he knew it because he looked me with a smirk.
“Alice in the Winterland what are you doing?”
“Reading. Please, just a little bit.”
“I understand you, but you will read to me because you didn’t buy a book for me.”
“I will” and I started reading aloud.
Sebastian was wearing his pajamas and threw himself on the bed next to me, lying in my lap and hugged me with his hands. Having him too close was like heaven to me. After two chapters he was asleep, I turned off the lamp and tried to sleep, turned my back to him. He turned back at me and wrapped his arms around me.
Silvy Wells has always wanted to write. She discovered her passion for being a writer when she was at the age of fourteen when started to write a novel in her native language, but she has never finished it. After that, Silvy has always written something -a poem or a short story. She has published some of her poems in several editions along with different authors.
After obtaining a degree in the Department of Classics, Ancient Greek, and Latin, Silvy became a Latin language teacher and still teaches students in one small town in the Republic of Macedonia. But there has always been that big desire for writing which she has minimized with reading books and writing reviews. Because that wasn’t enough, she finally sat down and wrote her first novel Because of You.

Bad Nanny by C.M. Stunich Book Blitz with Giveaway!

Bad Nanny
C.M. Stunich
(The Bad Nanny Trilogy #1)
Publication date: November 22nd 2016
Genres: Comedy, New Adult, Romance
“He’s a bad boy … and a nanny.”
Holy sweet baby Jesus.
I don’t know anything about taking care of kids.
I pierce nipples, navels, and noses for a living.
I’ve never even held a baby before. Not once. Never changed a diaper or cleaned up a skinned knee. Hell, I don’t even want kids. I’m more of a drifter, a once in a lifetime lover, and then I move on.
Family? Commitment? Nuh uh, no way.
Tough sh*t, though, because my brother and his kids need me. Desperately.
I never thought to wonder if I might need them, too.
That I might need her, this strange woman I met at a playground.
Brooke Overland.
She doesn’t know I’m not a professional nanny, but what am I supposed to do now?
She hired me; I took care of her sister’s kids for her; I f*cked her.
My life is so screwed-up.

EXCERPT:
“He’s just a study partner. I met the guy like three days ago.”
Zayden shrugs his sexy shoulders at me.
“So?” He grins at me. “You also met me three days ago.” I purse my lips at him and give the hairless cat a scratch near the base of his tail. His sweater today is red with a black guitar on the back. It’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen in my life.
“Five. And I don’t exactly make a habit of sleeping around. Virgin, remember.”
“Um, not a virgin anymore,” Zay says with a massive grin that I pretend I don’t find at all charming. The thing is, he’s super charming. Crazy charismatic. It scares me a little to be honest. I almost wish he was more of a dick. “Anyway, that guy has ulterior motives. Big time. I can smell it.”
“Like you don’t?” I ask with a laugh as Zay moves around the couch and gets up close and personal with me. I’m not even sure he realizes he does that, gets up in other people’s personal space like that.
“I never tried to pretend I didn’t. See, that’s the difference between that guy and me. I’m telling you exactly what it is that I want.”
“Which is?”
“Well, of course, it’s you, Smarty-Pants.”
I take a step back, but Zay follows me in, pausing for a moment as the baby gurgles and then sighs softly in sleep. My heart is pumping furiously, my body tingling as I feel the warmth rolling off of him. I can still remember the way it draped across me, that heat, that hard hot body. I suck in a breath.
“I thought you said this was a casual, no strings attached sort of a deal?” Zay grins and brushes some hair away from my face with his tattooed hand.
“It is. Look, this is a perfect arrangement, don’t you think? You can experiment with me, get all those virgin mistakes out of the way early on, and then in a week and a half, I’ll be gone. Boom. Back to Vegas, baby. No worries at all, no awkwardness, no crossing paths.”
I narrow my eyes at him, but inside, I’m going completely crazy. I can feel butterflies and tingles and this weird sort of buzzing that I’ve never felt before. I guess I’m having some kind of … sexual awakening or something. I feel hot and squirmy with need. I’m aware it’s all basic human chemistry and hormones and pheromones and all of that … but damn.
“You’re offering to … teach me or something?”
Zay snaps his fingers and leans in close, the piercings on his face winking at me in the weak sunshine.
“Yeah, sure, why not? What do you have to lose?”

Author Bio:
C.M. Stunich is a self-admitted bibliophile with a love for exotic teas and a whole host of characters who live full time inside the strange, swirling vortex of her thoughts. Some folks might call this crazy, but Caitlin Morgan doesn't mind – especially considering she has to write biographies in the third person. Oh, and half the host of characters in her head are searing hot bad boys with dirty mouths and skillful hands (among other things). If being crazy means hanging out with them everyday, C.M. has decided to have herself committed.
She hates tapioca pudding, loves to binge on cheesy horror movies, and is a slave to many cats. When she's not vacuuming fur off of her couch, C.M. can be found with her nose buried in a book or her eyes glued to a computer screen. She's the author of over thirty novels – romance, new adult, fantasy, and young adult included. Please, come and join her inside her crazy. There's a heck of a lot to do there.
Oh, and Caitlin loves to chat (incessantly), so feel free to e-mail her, send her a Facebook message, or put up smoke signals. She's already looking forward to it.

It was hard to believe she was really there. That the man who sat across from her was not, after all, some figment of her ten-year-old imagination. As she ate her meat and thick-cut fries, she studied him from under lowered lashes. He looked much as she remembered, but heavier, more filled out. His skin was not as tanned as it used to be, maybe because he now spent more time indoors, but the Native American genes from his mother’s side were plain in his black eyes, thick brows, and high cheekbones. He wore his hair long now, neatly banded in a ponytail that reached halfway down his back. She couldn’t remember which tribe his mother had been affiliated with. Maybe someday she would ask him. For now, she found herself feeling shy.
“I was sorry to hear about your mom. Dovie told me she read the obituary in the paper. I would have sent you a card if I’d had your address.”
A momentary wince of pain flashed across his face and then was gone. “Thanks,” he said, cutting another bite of meat.
“I remember her as being such a nice person.”
He nodded, his lips twisting in a wry smile. “Yeah, she was way too nice for...”
At his abrupt silence, she dropped her gaze and nodded. “For my dad. I know. You can go ahead and say it.”
Instead, he poked the bite of steak into his mouth.
“She used to tell the best stories. Remember the coyote tales? I loved those.”
“Yeah. Good times.” He scowled. After a moment he wiped his mouth on his napkin and leaned back in the booth.
“So. Desi. I’m glad you’re here. I’m glad I can be a support for you right now. But I gotta know. How did you find me?”
Desi reached down and opened her handbag and took out a stack of envelopes. She set them on the table between their two plates.
“I found these this morning in Dovie’s bottom dresser drawer.”
“Ah.” His gaze rested on the envelopes as if they were a pile of venomous snakes. “So she kept my letters.”

Nola Cross – Hawk’s Promise
http://lovekissedbooks.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/HP2.gifNola began writing before she even started school and won her first writing contest at the age of nine. It’s always been her dream to be an author. She’s a two-time Golden Heart finalist and several of her stories have been Amazon bestsellers. For awhile she penned erotic fiction under a pseudonym. Although it was fun to explore her “darker side”, she is now answering the true call of her heart: To write bigger stories that focus on emotion, loss, spirit, and true love, stories she hopes her readers will relate to and want to read more than once. Small town America is her favorite fictional setting.
She lives in a funky, comfortable fixer-upper on three wooded acres in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, in southwest Washington state. With her husband and youngest son, she runs a family business in a small town nearby, a town very similar to the ones she writes about. At home, three fine cats and a collie dog act as her muses. And four years ago the family welcomed their first grandchild, darling Ona Mae.

Dirty Stranger by Cassie-Ann L. Miller Release Blitz!

Dirty Stranger (The Dirty Suburbs Book 3)
Author: Cassie-Ann L. Miller
Release date: February 22nd, 2017
Blurb:
Isla
I'm paying alimony to my idiot ex-husband, my business hardly makes enough to keep the lights on and I'm literally holding my car together with duct tape.
Scratch that, I'm holding my life together with duct tape.
So I won't go on a date with the mysterious, new-in-town barista who makes my morning soy hazelnut latte just the way I like it.
He'd better stop trying to hypnotize me with those honey eyes and those bulging shoulders that stretch the jersey of his coffee shop uniform, because I have enough on my plate and the last thing I need is yet another liability.
Reuben
The cinnamon-haired yoga chick who orders the soy hazelnut latte every morning won't give me a shot. She thinks I'm just some college boy with student loans trying to get in her pants.
Assumptions, assumptions, assumptions...
Well, she's right about one thing. From the moment she first sauntered into this coffee shop with her long legs and her sad eyes, I've wanted to toss her onto the polished wooden counter and show her just how much of a man I am. There's so much more to me than meets the eye.
I'm just trying to make her fall for me before my secrets make it to town.
"Dirty Stranger" is book three in the "Dirty Suburbs", a series of full-length, stand-alone romantic comedies about the residents of small town Illinois.

"Hello Reuben." I stand immobilized in the doorframe as I watch him snatch two paper cups from the small wooden table next to him.

He straightens and faces me, looking like he just finished a photo shoot for Levi's in his classic-cut dark jeans cuffed over beat-up brown oxfords, tanned leather jacket open down the front to reveal the distressed zip-up hoodie beneath and that casual swagger of a man who's used to getting anything he wants.

He moves toward me with panther-like grace, stretching one of the cups to me. "Medium hazelnut soy latte with two sugars on the side...and a dash of cinnamon, of course." Looking exceedingly proud of himself, he places two brown sugar packets with a stir stick on top of the plastic lid and winks.

I take the coffee, forcing back a smile. Why does he have to be so charming? "Thank you."

He walks right past me into the empty yoga studio where a couple of candles are still burning bright from the class that just ended. I watch silently as he goes to examine the Hindu deity statutes lining the windowsill. "How's your day going, Isla?" He focuses his intense, brown-eyed gaze on me and my nerve endings prickle with awareness.

Turning away to maintain my composure, I glance out at the heavy rainclouds. "I'm trying to keep an optimistic outlook. All things considered." I sit my latte on the ledge of the window and lift the lid off the cup, emptying the sugar packets inside.

"That's a good philosophy." He takes a long, purposeful sip of his own coffee.

A heavy silence fills the air and I watch the motion of his Adam's apple as he swallows. What a beautiful man. So chiselled and strong yet polished and sophisticated. And his confidence makes my heart race in a deliriously excited way. And don't get me started about his hands, those fingers that danced rhythmically inside of m—

"Aren't you going to ask how my day's going?"

I smirk, shaking my head determinedly. "Nope."

He laughs. "Well, that's just bad manners."

"Not necessarily."

"What do you mean?"

"I'm fully invested in preserving your mystique."

"My mystique?" he questions with a hitched brow, his thumbnail rubbing along his dimpled chin.

"Yes, you're the handsome, enigmatic stranger who seduced me in my moment of vulnerability and gifted me with countless orgasms from which I have yet to recover," I muse in a playful but regally dignified tone. I take a sip of my latte. "Damn, this is good." Hot and sweet with just enough foam, the addictive taste of caffeine and the heavenly fragrance of hazelnut. This coffee boy's got skills. I lift the cup in salute to him.

He laughs again. God, I love the sound. "Y'know, I wouldn't be such an enigma if you'd just go on a damn date with me."

I shake my head, lust burning a path up my chest. "I'm sorry, Reuben. I just...can't."

His face steels with determination. He's not about to give up just yet. "You said it yourself; I'm handsome as fuck and the sex blew your mind. Plus, I make your froufrou coffee just the way you like it," he says smugly, "So what's the problem?"

My attraction to him definitely isn't the problem. He's gorgeous. Plus, he's funny and being around him just generally makes me feel good on the inside. But now isn't a great time for me to be jumping into a new relationship.

I brush tendrils of hair out of my face, exhaling roughly. "My divorce is messy. And my business is in trouble," I admit. "I really just need to focus on fixing everything that's broken in my life."

He seems to interpret that as a challenge. His shoulders straighten and arrogance lights up his eyes. "Maybe I can help you, Isla." Then he lowers his voice. "...I want to be friends...with benefits that aren't purely sexual."

My blood heats in my veins. "What does that mean?"

"I want to f*ck you some more," he says easily, "but I also enjoy your
company. I want more of that, too."

Cassie-Ann L. Miller writes steamy contemporary romance with a dash of angst and a sprinkle of humor. And if her toddler weren't rebelling against his bedtime right now, she'd have a minute to write her author biography, too ;)
