Reviews!

To any authors/publishers/ tour companies that are looking for the reviews that I signed up for please know this is very hard to do. I will be stopping reviews temporarily. My husband passed away February 1st and my new normal is a bit scary right now and I am unable to concentrate on a book to do justice to the book and authors. I will still do spotlight posts if you wish it is just the reviews at this time. I apologize for this, but it isn't fair to you if I signed up to do a review and haven't been able to because I can't concentrate on any books. My Thoughts :

29 Days to Your Perfect Weight is a self help book (one of the books in a series) designed , with an online coach, to change how we view our selves and to make changes to enable us to reach the goals that we set for ourselves. Using this book will help us learn ways to be self confident and the ability to keep on when we feel that we may not be able to reach our goals. Dieting, as in any addiction is a very difficult thing to master on our own. 
This interesting concept is done day to day with different goals to work on each week, along with the online coach, teaching the reader how to make changes to habits that keeps us from losing the weight that we want to lose.
