Reviews!

To any authors/publishers/ tour companies that are looking for the reviews that I signed up for please know this is very hard to do. I will be stopping reviews temporarily. My husband passed away February 1st and my new normal is a bit scary right now and I am unable to concentrate on a book to do justice to the book and authors. I will still do spotlight posts if you wish it is just the reviews at this time. I apologize for this, but it isn't fair to you if I signed up to do a review and haven't been able to because I can't concentrate on any books. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time. I appreciate all of you. Kathleen Kelly April 2nd 2024

About Lessons from Stanley the Cat

Lessons from Stanley the Cat
Seduction is just the practice of artful stretching.
Never let people know how fast you are.
Appear slow in all things, and less is expected of you.
When someone is on the computer too long, help them by distracting them, or walk lightly on their keyboard.
So advises Stanley, a remarkably astute cat with a keen eye for the important things in life. Perhaps you don’t have time for yoga, can’t afford therapy, or wouldn’t dare cry to mother. If so, let Stanley be your guide. Lessons from Stanley the Cat offers wise and witty maxims from Stanley himself, translated by his doting psychotherapist (human) parent, Jennifer Freed. Whether you’re a cat lover or prefer companions of the canine variety, Stanley’s warmth and insight are sure to brighten even the grayest days.

My Thoughts:
I love cats. So because of my love for cats I was very interested in reading and reviewing Lessons from Stanley the Cat by Jennifer Freed. The book consists of life lessons that we all need to pay attention to and incorporate into our own lives on a daily basis. Along with each lessons is original and beautiful drawings of Stanley the Cat by Tone Gellerstedt. This uplifting book will have you smiling till the end and will brighten anyones day and teach you at the same time. This book should be on everyones book gift list. I enjoyed reading this great book.

I received this book from Pump Up Your Books and was not compensated monetarily for my review.
