They are thirteen ancient treasures: mysterious, magical, infinitely powerful, with the potential for great good...or absolute evil. For decades, the Keepers guarded these Hallows, keeping them safe and hidden and apart from each other. But now the Keepers are being brutally murdered in present day London, their prizes stolen, the ancient objects bathed in their blood. Now, only a few remain….
Sarah Miller, a discouraged 22-year-old woman at a dead end job, lives with and supports her ungrateful mom and brothers. When heading out to lunch one day she comes across an elderly woman being attacked by two men. Without hesitation, Sarah quickly defends and fights away the assailants. Unbeknownst to her, the woman Sarah has saved is one of the last of the Hallowed Keepers.
Soon Sarah is entangled and becomes a target in the sinister plot of someone sadistically murdering the Keepers to collect their Hallows. With the help of Owen, the woman’s nephew that was saved, the duo must solve the mystery of the Hallows once and for all. For if they don’t succeed the world is doomed to a dark horizon for all eternity.
A wildly entertaining thriller filled with intrigue, romance and adventure, THE THIRTEEN HALLOWS is an enthralling page-turner that will captivate and delight readers.

My Thoughts:
The Thirteen Hallows is a spine tingling thriller, the first in a series, with the supernatural element thrown in to make this book a great read. The Thirteen Hallows are thirteen ancient treasures that have immense power to do good and evil. If these thirteen treasures are put together, the power released will open the door to demons bent on destroying the world. Sara Miller helps an elderly woman, Judith Walker, the keeper of one of the treasures, who is being attacked. Her attackers mission is to retrieve the treasure for a man who is having the other keepers murdered so he can claim all thirteen treasures for his own evil purposes. Owen Walker is the nephew of Judith who is drawn into this mystery and helps Sara to see that the thirteen treasures are protected and so that evil is not unleashed onto the world. This is a fast paced, thrill ride of a book that I thoroughly enjoyed. I look forward to reading more in this series.
I received this book for review and was not monetarily compensated for my review.
