"Hello Hosts,

A friend of mine, Terri Grimes is trying to raise money for Lindsay McKeever, a young mother who lost her fingers and toes from TSS. Terri Grimes is the author of Now I Lay Me Down to Die (a wonderful book, that I enjoyed) and she is donating 100% of the proceeds to the Lindsay McKeever Care Fund. I would appreciate it if you could spread the word. Mother to five year old and 3 month old sons, Twenty-six year old Lindsay McKeever’s life changed forever on January 21st 2012 when she was hospitalized with toxic shock syndrome. With her blood pressure at 30/50, oxygen level 50%, kidneys incomplete failure and in a coma, she was given little chance of surviving. But miraculously one week later, against all odds, she came out of her coma and slowly made her way back to the living. Because most of her organs began to shut down during the week she was in the coma, her hands and feet turned black and she had to have all her fingers and toes amputated. She was released from the hospital March 13th and has to have care 24 hours a day. She is unable to walk, or take care of herself in any way, not to mention the care she needs for her children. With no insurance Lindsay needs help to pay for physical therapy to learn to walk again and to do small things like feed herself, etc. A care fund has been set up for her by US Bank in Iowa and a paypal account for donations. She shares her amazing journey on a facebook page set up for her called “Lindsay McKeever Care Fund.” Now thru April 30th, paranormal romance author Terri Grimes will be donating 100% of the proceeds from both the print and ebook version of Now I Lay Me Down To Die to the Lindsay McKeever care fund. Help a deserving young woman and have a good read at the same time.
Pass the word!
Thanks!!! "

ABOUT THE BOOK:
Now I Lay Me Down To Die
As Hunters Hollow's newest resident, Abby Morgan has an uncanny ability to hear the dead, whether she wants to or not. Little did she know when she moved into the stately Victorian, it came complete with it’s own built-in ghost, the former owner, Duke Rivers. Having died thirty years prior under suspicious circumstances Duke needs Abby’s assistance in resolving his final affairs so he can cross over into the light. Teaming up with his hunky nephew, Owen, finding Duke’s killer seemed like a good plan at the time until they uncover some of the local town secrets that could blow Hunters Hollow wide apart.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Writer extraordinaire, Terri started out with a locally acclaimed cookbook. Moving on to co-writing a children’s book with her granddaughter, she then found her niche with the wondrous genre of paranormal romance. Writing in a unique fashion somewhere between chick-lit and urban fantasy, Terri’s works have been described as Sex in the City meets Twilight.

Formerly a financial software support and implementation professional, Terri now spends her days playing with vampires, ghosts and the occasional zombie, all while still managing to find time to flirt with the UPS man.

Represented by Maureen Walters, Senior Vice President of the illustrious Curtis Brown Ltd agency, Terri is currently working on her third paranormal romance.
