Author Bio:
Bestselling author Allison Bruning has always had a passion for the literary arts. She originally hails from Marion, Ohio but lives in Indianapolis, Indiana with her husband and their Australian Cattle Dog, Lakota Sioux. Her husband hails from Marfa, Texas. Allison is the author of six historical fiction series: Children of the Shawnee, The Secret Heritage, Irish Twist of Fate, New Hope, Lost Identity and Cherokee Tears. The first books of Cherokee Tears, New Hope, Lost Identity and Irish Twist of Fate are set to be released in 2014. Allison's Irish roots run deep from County Down, Ireland to the Appalachian Mountains. She is a member of the McCann, McCarlde and Hill families. Allison's educational background includes a BA in Theatre Arts with a minor in Anthropology and a Texas Elementary Teaching certificate, both acquired at Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas.
