These pads are very easy to use, there are two pads per package and they are cut in such a way that they go right under the eyes perfectly. I had no problem applying them at all and I was able to go about my business for 20 minutes. I even wear glasses and the pads did not interfere with my ability to wear my glasses. Like I said above, I don't think one use is enough for any measurable results. When I was wearing them I did notice a cooling feeling, which was very nice. All in all, I would say that this is a product that I would be willing to continue using.
