Jeopardising this fragile balance is the self-styled Empress of Evil, Rogana - who claims to be a direct descendent of the legendary dark witch Morgana - who will stop at nothing to bring back the dictatorial style rule of Celtic culture, offering herself as the rightful leader. The rising divide between the folk of Vy and Rogana causes ripples of unrest throughout the thirteen grand covens of Britain and the Republic and quickly leads to dangerous divisions and the formation of new alliances.
