My Review

I know that I love the smell of lemons and love to have it in iced tea and use it on fish but it can also be used to rejuvenate energy, purify skin and act as a bug repellant. Putting 2 drops of lemon oil in your water 3x daily can support metabolism and weight loss plus you can make lemon oil with baking soda and honey for a natural acne free face wash. Plus my all time favorite,  put lemon essential oil in a spray bottle with water and spray in the air to lift your mood and fight depression. For the most part, because essential oils get absorbed into the body quickly it is best to add them to a carrier oil such as Almond Oil, Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil, Olive Oil or Pomegranate Seed Oil.

I like to use olive oil or Apricot Oil and make my own sugar scrub, I find that using citrusy essential oils just wakes the body up, plus they smell so refreshing! If you are a newbie to essential oils like I am or even if you have never tried an essential oil you absolutely have to try this Lift Care Lemon Essential Oil 5x Extra Strength..I will be having a spray bottle with the oil diluted into water for a refreshing all purpose cleaner..I also have an electric diffuser that I love trying different essential oils in..smells lovely!
