My Thoughts

I bought a tripod, as I did not have one, to use with this mount. When the tripod came I immediately set it up and inserted my iPad into the mount. Installation was easy and it held my iPad perfectly. I wanted something like this to use in the kitchen as I have my iPad in a case with a keyboard, but I wanted something that was a bit higher. I use a lot of recipes that I have in programs on my iPad. 

That said, I found this mount to be of good quality, it is universal, meaning it is compatible with almost any phone or tablet. Your device is protected by the rubber on the mount and it is adjustable. You can also attach the mount to a selfie stick if you want as it has the standard 1/4"-20 thread.

I like this mount and I think I will get a lot of use out of the mount and the tripod I purchased.
