My Thoughts

The  Savasana Now Aromatherapy Yoga Eye Pillow is the perfect thing to have if you suffer migraines or frequently have puffy eyes due to lack of sleep or any other reason. This little pillow is very pretty and smells lightly of Lavender, not overwhelming at all, and since Lavender is a calming scent is perfect to assist in sleeping. I have found that I like to use it on my neck and shoulders as I have spinal stenosis and suffer pain on a daily basis. 

This pillow can be put in the freezer or in microwave, depending on what you want to do with it. If using in microwave for heat, you must remove the inner pillow from the silk/brocade cover as it has a zipper and you don't want your microwave exploding. The cover is washable, by hand of course, and is small enough to take with you if you travel or even if like me you are at the computer all day. The eye pillow comes with a little carrying bag also.

If you are looking for an eye pillow, I would highly recommend this one, it is reasonably priced and it is very pretty.
