The conception of Greens Plus is a true testament to its existence. Lani Deauville, co-founder and inspiration of Greens Plus, was paralyzed in a diving accident when she was still in her teens. After decades of beating the odds, her health finally caught up with her. With hope dwindling, Lani’s brother-in-law, Sam Graci, put his knowledge and research to test. Sam was a child psychologist with a keen interest in nutrition and after having witnessed the effect of proper nutrition on the children he worked with, Sam turned his focus to Lani.

My Thoughts

Maybe it is mid afternoon and you need a boost because you are starting to get tired and listless. Well Greens Plus Bars can help with that. The bars can be consumed up to twice a day.

As you can see in the pic above, I received a sample box with three of the +PlusBar Energy Chocolate, which I ate after working out at the gym. Just to give me that little extra boost before my dinner meal. I love anything chocolate and this bar was really good.

In addition I received a box of Advanced Multi Raw StickPack. This product gives you raw power along with bone building properties. I drink a smoothie in the morning made with either soy or coconut milk and I add a packet to this. You can also put it into anything else you may want, water, juices, smoothies etc. I think for me these stickpacks are very handy and the flavor for me will take some getting used to. For the benefits, I think that outweighs the flavor. I also consume green powder matcha tea and that requires getting used to also and I love it.
I also received a box of Advanced Multi Wild Berry as with the Advanced Multi Raw, I put in a smoothie. This one has a slight berry flavor which was not too bad. Again, I think I have to get used to the flavors.
