William Baird is an avid history buff and amateur genealogist. A desire to 'put some flesh on the bones' led to "The Story Teller" about his Irish family, "Dear Rita", a compilation of his father's WW2 letters home and his latest "Unexpected Journeys" based on some of his English ancestors. 

Mr. Baird was born in Cleveland, Ohio and lives in Florida. he is the father of two daughters.
