Reviews!

To any authors/publishers/ tour companies that are looking for the reviews that I signed up for please know this is very hard to do. I will be stopping reviews temporarily. My husband passed away February 1st and my new normal is a bit scary right now and I am unable to concentrate on a book to do justice to the book and authors. I will still do spotlight posts if you wish it is just the reviews at this time. I apologize for this, but it isn't fair to you if I signed up to do a review and haven't been able to because I can't concentrate on any books. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time. I appreciate all of you. Kathleen Kelly April 2nd 2024

The Fourth Pularchek by Samuel Marquis Book Reveal!

“Marquis grabs my attention right from the beginning and never lets go.” —Gov. Roy R. Romer, 39th Governor of Colorado Bestselling, Award-Winning Author Samuel Marquis Launches New Espionage Thriller, The Fourth Pularchek

Appearing together as major characters for the first time, Nick Lassiter and the beautiful Italian assassin Skyler become embroiled in an international case involving Lassiter’s newly discovered biological father, Polish billionaire Stanislaw Pularchek, and buried secrets from Europe’s World War II past. Their perilous journey takes them from the American capitol to the streets of Warsaw to the murderous gates of Auschwitz to the salt mines and snow-dusted mountain peaks of Austria. But can Lassiter, his adoptive CIA father, and his birth father Pularchek work together as a team to solve the case, and are they prepared for the consequences of stirring up the past? Furthermore, will Skyler be brought to justice for her multiple killings on U.S soil chronicled in Book 2, or will she escape yet again?

Samuel Marquis is a bestselling, award-winning suspense author. He works by day as a VP-Principal Hydrogeologist with an environmental firm in Boulder, CO, and by night as the spinner of the Nick Lassiter-Skyler International Espionage Series, a World War Two Series, and the Joe Higheagle Environmental Sleuth Series. His thrillers have been #1 Denver Post bestsellers, received multiple national book awards (Foreword Reviews Book of the Year, USA Best Book, Beverly Hills, Next Generation Indie, and Colorado Book Awards), and garnered glowing reviews from #1 bestseller James Patterson, Kirkus, and Foreword Reviews (5 Stars). The Devil’s Brigade was an awardwinning finalist in the mystery category of the Beverly Hills Book Awards. Blind Thrust was winner of the Foreword Reviews’ Book of the Year Awards and Next Generation Indie Book Awards, and an award-winning finalist of the USA Best Book Awards and Beverly Hills Book Awards in the thriller/suspense category. His fifth book, Cluster of Lies, won the Beverly Hills Book Awards in the regional fiction: west category and was an award-winning finalist of the Foreword Reviews Indie Book and USA Best Book Awards.

Ambassador Marc Grossman, former U.S. Under Secretary of State, proclaimed, “In his novels Blind Thrust and Cluster of Lies, Samuel Marquis vividly combines the excitement of the best modern techno-thrillers.”

Former Colorado Governor Roy Romer said, “Blind Thrust kept me up until 1 a.m. two nights in a row. I could not put it down.”

James Patterson compared The Coalition to The Day After Tomorrow, the classic thriller by Allan Folsom; and Donald Maas, author of Writing 21st Century Fiction and two novels, compared The Coalition to the classic political assassination thriller The Day of the Jackal.
