Every one wants to eat healty or at least try to. The Six Sisters Stuff Healthy Eats has 101+ Delicious Recipes all under 500 calories each and tips. Look good? I thought so too. I do love a cookbook that has pics of each recipe that way I know whether or not I have made the recipe correctly. I like that most of the recipes are easy to make with ingredients that you already have. I think that is you want to eat healthy, you should give this cookbook a try, or any of the other ones that they have. They all look great!
