My Thoughts
I love chocolate and I love to bake and making chocolate cakes and cookies requires a good quality cocoa powder. I received a 1lb package of the Ultra Dark Organic Cocoa Powder from Fine Naturals and that after noon I made a chocolate cake from scratch. When I opened the package my nose was very pleased indeed with the rich aroma of cocoa beans. The cake turned out amazing and the smell wafting through the house as the cake was baking was amazing. The only thing I noticed is that it is like the picture above in that it is very light in color for an ultra dark powder as the product description states. Didn't bother me though, the cake was still good and plenty dark.
If you are gluten free and are a vegan, this is the perfect choice for you to try. It is certified organic,GMO free and is rich in antioxidants and vitamins. Now I just need to go look for a good hot chocolate and chocolate recipe!
