Blue Diamond Almond Artisan Nut Thins are made with Brown Rice, Almonds and either Multiseed version or Flax seed. Brown Rice is rich in fiber and selenium, has manganese which provides energy plus antioxidant protection.

Greek Yogurt DiP
  1. 16 oz. (about 2 cups) Greek yogurt (lowfat is best, nonfat works too)
  2. 1/2 cup almonds, plus more for garnish
  3. 3 tbsp fresh chopped dill
  4. 1 tsp minced fresh garlic
  5. Salt and pepper to taste

  • Pour Greek yogurt, almonds, dill and garlic into a food processor. Blend for 60 seconds, scraping the sides periodically, till the mixture turns thick and the almonds are well crushed. Chill dip thoroughly before serving. The more it chills, the thicker and richer the dip becomes. Garnish with chopped almonds. Serve with Blue Diamond Artisan Nut Thin crackers and vegetables such as celery, carrots, broccoli or cauliflower.
