Reviews!

To any authors/publishers/ tour companies that are looking for the reviews that I signed up for please know this is very hard to do. I will be stopping reviews temporarily. My husband passed away February 1st and my new normal is a bit scary right now and I am unable to concentrate on a book to do justice to the book and authors. I will still do spotlight posts if you wish it is just the reviews at this time. I apologize for this, but it isn't fair to you if I signed up to do a review and haven't been able to because I can't concentrate on any books. Flavor Your Adventure Blue Diamond Almonds Reviews!


Blue Diamond Roasted Salted Almonds is a nutritious snack that is very versatile, you can take this little can anywhere with you when you need a little pick me up in your busy schedule.  Almonds are so nutritious, even though they are a high fat food, they can Lower LDL-cholesterol and reduce your risk of heart disease and they can help protect against diabetes and cardiovascular disease. So this is a snack that you can not go wrong with, well unless you eat the whole can, because they are so tasty, then you could have a problem. Remember for a healthy diet you need to adhere to portion control! 

I like to eat them right out of the can or make a 'trail' mix to eat after my exercise workout or walk. I like to use this simple recipe"



Take a half of a 6 oz container of Blue Diamond Roasted Salted Almonds or for a less sodium version you can use Blue Diamond Lightly Salted Almonds, add 1/2 cup dried unsweetened cranberries (cherries or raspberries will also work) you can also add 1/3 cup dark or white chocolate chips, raisins, dates, dried pineapple or even apple chips. 
You can adjust your amounts according to the serving size you want. Make a little or make a lot, it is up to you. 
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well.  Transfer to a serving dish for entertaining.
