Green Matcha Tea Powder is naturally packed full of antioxidants and EGCG's to benefit your health. I have been consuming Matcha tea powder on one form or other for over a year, in Lattes, smoothies  and even in baking. I especially love it in blended into soy milk daily with the addition of fruits. I have used it in muffins and even banana bread recipes. It does have caffeine in it so it does make a satisfying drink in the morning or before a workout. I also like to make the matcha tea the traditional way with hot water and a bit of sweetener for my after dinner drink. If you love tea, give matcha tea a try. It has a strong grass flavor but you get used to it after you drink it for awhile.

MATCHA GREEN TEA MUG CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

4 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp matcha powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp granulated white sugar (add more if you prefer a sweeter dessert)
3 tbsp nonfat milk
1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:

1. Add all ingredients into an oversized microwave-safe mug. Mix with a small whisk until batter is smooth and uniform in color. Microwave for 1 minute. Let cake cool for a few minutes and then eat.

This book is an overview of the Emotional Intelligence 2.0 book which is a book about the ability to recognize and acknowledge emotion i.e. Emotional Intelligence (EQ)

The book has 9 Key Takeaways:

1. EQ can be changed whereas IQ are less malleable

2. Personal competence portion of EQ is broken into categories where a person learns self-     awareness  and how to control emotions.

3. Social awareness and understanding of other people's emotions.

4. How to improve self-awareness through observing, examining causes and monitoring the     body for     responses to those emotions.

5. Developing and improving the decision-making process, via rational thought and making      sure you get enough sleep.

6. Learning how to observe others and how to interact with another person based on their         emotions.

7. Consistency with relationship management, learning how to be courteous to others and         learn how

    to better take feedback.

8. Certain trends with men and women regardless of age

9. Talks about workers at the high level of management versus those at lower level                   positions.

I found this Summary and Analysis to be very interesting. I think that this may be a book that would help anyone. Written in a style that used a lot of hypotheticals and conversational in a style that is easily understood as opposed to being very dry and boring. Just by reading this little bit of the book made me want to read more of it. I think that is what a good summary is...short, 26 pages, but informative.

If you are a manager that is looking for a better way to understand yourself and your workers, then I think you should read this and determine whether the actual book is what you may be looking for.
